Empyreal Support Index: Giant Baphomet Horn

A headgear made from the horns of Baphomet.

Effect

Increases physical damage to the Demi Human monster by 12%. As your job level increases, the helm grants additional ATK

In order to make the Giant Baphomet Horns, the Sealed Shrine Quest must be done. You need at least 2 people to finish the quest.

1. To start the Sealed Shrine Quest, warp to prt_monk 190 170.

2. Walk straight ahead, and make your way through the small room. Then, the party leader must speak with Friar Patrick. Choose I want to enter.

The small window on the left can be closed and opened using ALT + B.

3. Click on the Grave of Baphomet to enter.

4. Once inside, the party leader must talk to the gravestone NPC located a few steps to the right from the spawn point. Here's a map from Iro Wiki.

5. Search the map for gravestones. One of them will give you the Pendant of Spirit. Return it to the first gravestone. He will then instruct you to meet him at the center of the catacomb.

6. Talk to him(usually, the party leader will). Note: You must choose all entries before selecting I am ready. He will ask you to collect 10 Essence of Fire and 1 Token of Apostle.

The Essence of Fire can be obtained by the party leader only from the torches.

The Token of Apostle can be obtained from the mobs named Apostle of Baphomet. Anyone who wishes to enter the portal leading to the next level will need a piece.

7. Once you have the items. Return to the center of the catacomb and talk to the Ancient Hero's Soul. Proceed Southeast and enter the portal for the next stage. Note: You will need a companion in the next room in order to kill Great Demon Baphomet.

8. Talk to the Main Altar at the center to summon Great Demon Baphomet. It is invulnerable from any form of attacks. In order to deal damage, bring it to a specific seal which is being broadcast. The seals can be located near the altar and at 2, 4, 8, and 10 o'clock of the map. Position it directly above the seal then have your companion activate the seal. The one who activates it is Stone Cursed for several seconds. Seals cannot be consecutively activated by the same person. Once activated, whack the hell out of Great Demon Bapho. :D

9. Once you have killed it, loot the Cursed Baphomet Doll. You're business here is done. Warning(According to Iro Wiki): Do not talk to any NPC if you want to make the Giant Baphomet Horn. Warp out or use a butterfly wing. Go back to Friar Patrick and talk about the doll. He will tell you to go to Rust Blackhand(prt_monk 260 90). Talk to him and bring him the necessary materials.

Note: I tried talking to other NPCs but I was still able to make the doll(at least in Dark RO. Not sure in other ROs). Just talk to Friar Patrick about the cursed doll then proceed to Rust Blackhand.
